Apparel is Available

Your shirts have arrived and will be hand-delivered prior to this Wednesday's (September 9) Football meeting at Vernon Hills High School (7:00 pm).

Basketball officials may receive their shirts this week as well or wait until the first Basketball meeting on October 7th at Vernon Hills High School. Thanks again for all who participated in the NOA Apparel sale this fall! A portion of the proceeds will be going to the NOA General Fund.

This Week at the NOA!

Message to Football Officials

This is the final Football Meeting this season. We will be meeting on September 9 at Vernon Hills High School at 7 pm.

Our regular meetings will finish with the last in the series on Five Positions in Five Weeks. Please join us at this week's meeting.

Sports is a Social Activity

Join the Football and Flag crews after the meeting for a social gathering at Emil's in Mundelein at 604 N Lake Street (Rt 45) at about 9 PM.

Basketball Meetings Updates

The Basketball Meeting agendas are taking shape. Meetings are scheduled for 7:00 - 8:30 pm every Wednesday from October 7 through November 11 at Vernon Hills High School.

The tentative schedule includes the following topics and speakers:

October 7:

Apparel pickup available
Special Speaker - Dave Butts - NOA State Finals Official discussing
- Block / Charge
- Travel
On-court 2 and 3-person mechanics review or State Finals Official/Clinician

October 14:

Coaches panel, including:
- Will Benson, Stevenson HS Boys' Coach
- Regan Carmichael, Stevenson Girls' Coach
- Steve Ikenn, Grayslake Central Girls' Coach
- Brian Frericks - Prairie Ridge Boys' Coach
Jerry Ming - Game breakdown

October 21:

Fred Allman - Rules update and shot clock review
