IHSA Season Kickoff 2026-27!
I want to welcome everyone to the Northern Officials Association. We are here to help you learn and grow as an official. NOA Receives IHSA Grant
The NOA was awarded a $500 grant by the IHSA. We will be using these funds to purchase headsets to be used in basketball, flag and football clinics to enhance the observer programs with "live" communication during summer and pre-season games. Look forward to these tools at the next NOA-sponsored clinic or training event. Thanks to the IHSA for recognizing the NOA's efforts to improve our training and mentoring efforts with this grant for the fourth straight year!
