This page is dedicated to the many community service, fund raising and giving objectives from the Northern Officials Association.  The NOA has a rich tradition of service to those we serve in officiating student sports programs in Illinois.  Thousands of student athletes of all abilities have been beneficiaries of the generosity of the NOA's membership by volunteering their time, talent and treasure to enriching their lives through competitive sports.

This is a staple of the culture of the NOA and only is greater over the decades of service to the student athletes in northern Illinois.
